      Admission Process

      Enrol and Start School in 1–3 Days!

      Application Form

      Start by completing an application form for each child. A non-refundable Application Fee amounting to $299.00 per child shall be charged at this step (see our school fees page by clicking here for more details).

      Acceptance Stage

      The application form is processed by our admissions team. This can take 1-3 working days. Once accepted, the payment method that you used at sign-up will be automatically charged for the Academic Deposit. If you wish to pay the Academic Deposit by an alternative method from the one you signed up with, please inform us by emailing us at [email protected] immediately after enrolling.

      It’s only been a week, and I’ve been listening in on some lessons, and the teachers are really good. They bring Islamic themes into a lot of the lessons. My children are in Year 4 and Year 6, and they are really enjoying this new change, plus all their lessons are recorded, so it’s easy to catch up if we ever miss anything. Also, it’s easy to see if they need to find any assignments they need to do, as the website is easy to use. Allah humma baarik lahum.

      It was just amazing

      I used to always struggle with online lessons, get bored really quickly but the way the teachers got you to interact it was just amazing. I remember having competitions between my classmates on who got the highest scores for tests and homework and it really drove you to work hard and be a little competitive.       I have three children

      My have been with Lady Evelyn for multiple years now Al-hamdu lillah. They had been previously behind with the UK curriculum because I am situated in Saudi Arabia and Al-hamdu lillah they have improved significantly in there skills. Initially when the school first started there were a few staff changes but for the last few years they have had regular teachers and the quality of the teaching is superb. My son will be going into his GCSE years with lady Evelyn and honestly I feel like his education is in great hands.

      I wish I had joined sooner

      I have been to another online school before Lady Evelyn and this one is a world apart. The teachers are very knowledgeable about their subjects and they go out of their way to explain concepts that I don’t understand. They actually care. The homework can be a bit much sometimes but I guess that also helps with lifting our grades (my grades have improved dramatically since I joined). So far I have been in this school for 3 years and I’ve really enjoyed my time at Lady Evelyn. I wish I had joined sooner.

      Makes all the difference, Subhan Allah. They really focus on akhlaq and just being a good person in general. Being a good Muslim!       The Parent Portal

      The parent or guardian will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the Lady Evelyn Parent Portal. Here, you can see all the students you have enrolled as well as the payments made. You will then need to upload a number of documents such as a copy of the student’s passport, birth certificate and proof of address, etc. Once the student has started classes, you will also have access to their lesson slides, homework, assignments, quizzes, grades, etc.

      The Student Portal

      Once the academic deposit has been paid, the student can now log into their Lady Evelyn Student Portal and start the student induction process. Here, they will see induction videos which will show the student how to view their timetable, attend live classes online, navigate through the online school and submit homework, etc.

      Start School!

      The student can log into the Lady Evelyn Student Portal and view their timetable. This can take between 1-3 working days if you register during a school term. If you register during the holidays, the timetable will be updated closer to the start of the new term.
